Can you guys tell me what this is?

Was at the range the other day and these were a members. The top 2 were 22LR. the other a 223. The highlight one takes Ruger BX mags. I think he had it built because I can't find it on Ruger's page. I know he told me it was only about $350 plus another $300 for the switch. It was fun to shoot.

Top's a mca-22 chassis on a 10/22.
Bottom one's a SB22 kit with its folding stock removed on a 10/22
Very bottom one is an AR-15.

Green tips aren't any more noisy than any other 5.56/.223 ammo.

There are a lot of aftermarket chassis for the 10/22. Eg KRG, MDT, etc.
