Mine took 2 months. My bro in law and sister got theirs in two week but this was before Obama was in. Isn't there a law that they have to get it to you with in a certain time frame?

After the 45 days you can assumed you've been denied and file paperwork to request a hearing/appeal. I called GOAL on the 48th day and they said I could file paperwork to appeal my apparent denial, but it might come soon so it was up to me. I should have filed to waste their time...

I got my first MA LTC about 3 months ago -- Same Class A No restrictions -- entire process took about 6-7 weeks.

What I'm wondering is how long did it take all of you, not from the time you dropped it off at the police station , but from the time the police dept. forwarded it to the CHSB ?

Got my non-res renewal back this friday...submitted my renewal on June 11th
