I contacted my FFL holder I work with, I have bought numerous firearms from Classic and J&G through this FFL.. I was told they can not accept LE .45 trade ins even though they are 10 round mags. They said something about 10 pound trigger pull ? Can anyone enlighten me as to why Mass citizens can not own a .45 M&P SW ?? TY Yahoo - login

Use a different FFL, eventually you'll find one that doesn't give a shit about CMR940 on a list gun. I'm closing this because we already have 9000 threads on this. including a huge one in the MA gun laws subforum.
