The two tones are somewhat rare, but value is all relative. I would pass, at that price. If you look hard enough you can probably get a regular version of the same gun for $700-800.

It might be worth $900 if it was actually really clean and had a bunch of mags, too.

Is it worth $900 to you?

The question I would ask myself is "What kind of handgun can I get for $900, and how does it compare to this?"

I would take my $900 an buy something else. (But I'm not a USP fan)

my opinion - thats the high limit for that item. Not too much necessarily, but not the best price either.

ETA - assumes MA.

If you think two tone USPc 9mm worth the price tag, yes it's a good price.

When buying a firearm, it's all come down to your personal preferences. If the firearm meet all your requirement, it will be worth any given price.

Variant 5 is DAO with safety.... which is kind of pointless. It's easy enough to reconfigure it with the right parts, but that's more hoops to go through, not something I would want to have to mess with.

Ask around and shoot one first before you buy. Then you'll have a better idea of what it's worth to you.

I was able to shoot a full size usp 40 at a range and I loved it. Just wanted it to be a little smaller so I'm looking for a compact

Just be aware that the USPc and USP full size guns only "look" the same on the outside, they're two different worlds in terms of how they shoot. The USPc 9mm should be pretty benign, though. The main difference is felt recoil, especially in .40. The USPc .40 can be pretty "snappy".
