We should have an "oops" over Iran with a few of these. It wouldn't ruin my day if it happened to Iran.

Nuke testing stopped in the 1960s by the US and Soviets.

nuclear weapons testing did not stop in the 1960's.
in 1963, the agreement was made to stop testing underwater, above ground, high altutude and space. underground testing was allowed.

the last bomb the US tested was in 1992.

Obviously it is all working to some degree. Look at the posts here suggesting that we should pre-emptively attack Iran. Talk about hysteria.

Well if the Army can accidentally drop a case of M-16's off a truck I'm sure they can accomplish the same with a bomb.
