"PORTSMOUTH — A District Court Judge upheld the decision of Police Chief Michael Magnant to deny a former city employee a concealed weapon permit.
Justice Stephen M. Morrison stated in his decision to deny Lee Roseberry the permit, that "evidence was of concern to the court as it depicted the petitioner as having a short temper, subject to violent outbursts and caused co-workers fear for their safety."
