Defiance movie:Emily Rooney

I saw some reviews on the new movie "Defiance". Emily Rooney on "Greater Boston" (I think) interviewed some Jewish woman from California who she asked about this subject. They discussed all about the issues, how they did or did not know what was going on in the concentration camps, etc. and how there might have been other acts of defiance as well.

NEVER ONCE did they mention current events and any lack of defiance now, meaning with Israel or with American Jews and their disdain for firearms.

There are a large (but not large enough) number of Jews with no such
qualms, so be careful not to paint with too broad a brush.
