Whitefish, seared in olive oil, then sautéed in butter with a bunch of spices. Pulled the fish. Added white wine and sour cream to the butter for a sauce. Deadly good. Whitefish can compete with the best of them. And nobody here wants to catch them.
Edit: with homemade pickled onions and jalapeños. And homemade sourdough bread. To think, my mother yeast is already three years old!
