Did I say Drool Alert enough?? I just finished up going through all 3000 firearms up for auction. They have firearms from the Revolutionary War, Civil War, Old West, WWI, WWII, Vietnam, Modern Firearms and NFA Firearms. Holy crap I have 13 items in my Wishlist. Not a chance I'll be getting most, if any of them as they are some fine examples of guns I'd love to have.

Top of the list is a NFA Thompson 1928A1 with both drum and stick mags. Estimated to go at $20K. Not a chance in hell I'll be able to afford that, but I'll at least watch. Going to be a fun couple of days watching these items.

Who else is joining in?

What is the sandy maura healey taco is that? Some variable power optic into a night scope? Not one but two IR illuminators, and some gen 1 PEQ? Maybe that other IR illuminator is just the battery. At least it's a KAC SR-25.

There are several thousand people monitoring this auction. I've already let three on my wish list go right by as the price got WAY up there. There is one though that is coming up that I'm ready to make a serious bid to win. This might hurt!

They always have some beautiful weapons but you need to break out your wallet for sure to put them in your safe.

Yep it hurt, but I won something I’d been after for years.

They came as a pair. Both 1897 shotguns with one being an authentic WW I trench shotgun.

I have a buddy who had 3, all used in WW1. He gave 1 to the son of the decedent he was holding onto it for, and personally owns the other 2. What did they end up going for?

Actually it wasn’t as bad as I thought. I’ve seen original ones go for $4k and up. I got these two for $3750, but with shipping and fees it’ll be $4k. So around what I’ve been seeing.

It is currently sporting a quad rail w/ a one-of-a-kind Trigger Point Technology T.R.A.M.S. system to enhance operation of the mounted accessories. The Tactical Rail Accessory Management System allows trigger finger activation of any selected light, laser, or combination by engaging the trigger or by pushing the button your trigger finger is close to. While used in some military applications, it was originally designed for a 5.56 NATO size magazine well and this is the only unit they made for an AR-10 size application. Currently sporting a Steiner M5Xi 5-25x56mm scope w/ Horus Tremor Three reticle on LaRue OBR QD mount. Forward of the scope is a Knight’s Armament Company Gen. 3, AN/PVS-30 Universal Night Sight Long-Range (UNSLRLP A1) clip-on weapon sight. It is augmented by the inclusion of a Steiner DBAL-D² Dual Beam Aiming Laser mounted on the right side. On the left side is a Steiner MK4 weapon light. All are controlled by the Tracking Point system and functional w/ the engagement of the trigger or the push of a single button by your trigger finger. Ambidextrous safety / selector. QD sockets between castle nut & receiver for sling options. 9 position collapsible shoulder stock w/ additional QD socket at rear. Harris bipod w/ telescoping legs, adjustable in 7 positions from 8″ to 12″ in height w/ quick detatchable RBA-1 Adapter. MAGS: 1

so weird, what is the LOP on this thing? and how front heavy is it?

on most ARs the scope end aligns with the edge of the upper for LOP to be within reason. this one is crazy long.
I really want this one. The advanced TRAMS system isn't available to the civilian market. No price estimate on it yet. I would really like to get it for under $20k

Ok, there is absolutely no reason to continue watching the auction. There no money left and nothing of interest. Nothing at all. 🤣

Well maybe an original Enfield BSA No 4 Mk 1 Lee-Enfield sniper with original scope. But I don’t need it. Nope, not at all. Dammit!

This slipped through my hands as I just couldn’t keep hitting the “Increase Bid” button. This was estimated to be $3000-$4000. She sold for $8500. Whoa! Way too much for me. Somebody knows something about that rifle.

I was also watching a WWII fully transferable 1928A1 Thompson machine gun in the auction. Came with a bunch of stick mags and two drums. It was a beautiful piece. She went for over $50,000. Yikes!
