Love the RPK, don't know too much about the RPD.

But I also love AK drums, so I'd be buying a rifle just to continue this collection.

The rpd is to the ak like the saw is to the m16/m4.
If I'm right that's not a drum like your thinking its more of a ammo can since the rpd is by fed.

I shot a dealer-sample RPD at this years NH arfcom shoot, video below (I filmed, not me in it). It was ****ing awesome. I have to assume a semi-auto would still be a shitton of fun.



Just an FYI but I don't think there are any pre-86 transferables in the registry. Anyone ever seen one for sale?
