Well I finally ordered my Davis canvas tent package. Upgraded to the large stove. Ships tomorrow. Will get used for our first turkey camp this Spring.

Here is one from our fall hunt. This is not the exact one. We borrowed this one from a friend. It was awesome, especially when temps dropped.

Wall tents rule. I was spoiled and even had plywood floors in mine for two summer long TDYs in the Colorado mountains. Can't wait to see the set up with hanging meat and some liquid cold-snax.

We burned in the stove today. I added a baffle to the stove as an upgrade. Holy crap, what a difference in burn time!



And...... pulledd the raft out of the garage, washed it and strapped on the fishing frame. It's time to go fishing.

In the location where that pic was taken, yes. No bears.

Places closer to where I actually live, no way. I will put it in the truck, or if backpacking, I hang it in tree a couple hundred yards away.

Got all the poles cut. Should have it set up this week for a test run. And to make sure I cut the poles correctly.

Color coded the tubes and fittings. Sunday we do the dry run.

Camp Pete is ready to rock. Super easy to setup. Stitching is top notch. Love the screen door and rear window option. Our four day turkey hunt in eastern Montana is gonna be fun.
