Both are fine guns, HK mags are easier to come by.
I have the FNX in stock if you want it though. Black AND FDE.
Good to see you David. Have a great Thanksgiving.
David is good to deal with.

I neec 1 but for some reason you dont have a private message function on your name?
Also how much?
I'm thinking of buying one if these, anyone ever own or shoot one? Got feed back opinions things to know etc.
I own both...and have lots of ammo. If you want to travel to these parts we can go to the club and have at it before you make your choice.
I love both guns...Put thousands of rounds threw the HK and up until I bought the FN it was my go to gun. The FN shoots much softer. Both are reliable and accurate. Both love 5.4g of Winchester 231,230g berrys RN. I shoot the FN more now because ive come to love shooting with the trijicon rmr. The FN and the USP have never failed me.
I'm in Taunton. About an hour and half!
Not sure what the non tacticals are getting these days. The tactical's are getting about $1600.If you ask me I would buy the same gun again...I know we can't suppress our guns in the commiewealth but threaded barrels are just cool! You have to try the RMR...I was skeptical...Now its second nature.
If the threaded barrel and the rmr don't matter to you...Save the money.
Well I didn't have the 45 caliber versions but I did have a 40 S&W USP and FNX, the USP 40 and FNX 40 and I prefered the FNX. I liked the way it felt in my hand, it had different backstraps with different textures to customize with, and I think it shot better. Also, the USP had a barrel with polygonal rifling which does not play well with lead if you plan to reload/use lead rounds. Not sure if the 45 caliber USP uses polygonal rifling as well so you may want to research that.
