Federal ammo confusion?

I know someone here can asnwer this, Whats the difference, if any between XM193 with a headstamp of LC 07...nothing else. I also have American eagle, the box's are marked 223 Rem with headstamp LC 05 but it also has the nato symbol with a dot on each side. so what's the difference. The reason I am asking is I have two AR barrels marked 223 and You should not fire 5.56 in 223. is the AE actually 223 as the box's are marked or no.

LC = Lake City plant in MO
05 or 07 is year the brass was mfg'd.
The nato symbol means that brass was mfg'd and proofed to Nato spec

The box tells you how they were loaded. That is authoritative to what the round is and the charge.
