Kinda like seeing sausage made...I toured a fish sauce factory in southern Vietnam once. Trust me when I say you don't want any part of the manufacturing process in your home. It is foul on a level I didn't think was possible, and that's coming from someone who likes the sauce.

Lol. I thought that was just you...Yes, two of us can finish that off easily but I usually bring a quart or two to my local gun shop proprietor who also likes it.
I eat it a pint or more at a time. With plain white rice or with rice and cooked boneless chicken breast cut up.
I LOVE the stuff!!
