The training certificate is 360 days old. Can the 18 years old person still apply for FID tomorrow (during application certificate wont be expired but during interview already will be)?
Anyone has experience?

My wife’s friend took her class over a year ago and her local pd (Millbury) told her that she needs to retake the course to apply for her ltc.

PDs do what they want. However, MGL has NO expiration date on the certificates. Dates when instructor's credentials expire are irrelevant as long as the date of the class was within the time that the instructor's credentials were valid.

Contact your licensing officer and ask cuz every town is different......that's the answer.

On another note from reading this thread.....

Damn......why do so many people take and pay for that course and wait so f***ing long to apply? 😂

Bunch of friggin procrastination experts.
