G17 Gen4 Issue

Just came back from the range and had an issue with my Gen4 G17. After firing all 10 rounds in the magazine, the slide did not lock back. This happened 2 or 3 times during the 100rds put through it. Can anyone tell me what may be causing this?

I had the same issue with a brand-new 226 that I decided to take to the range before cleaning.

Cleaned it, hasn't happened since.

You may be riding the slide stop inadvertently with your thumb. I do this all the time with my high grip on my glocks and have had to teach/train myself not to do it.
