Buying a Glock in another State, moving to Mass. Registering it, now it’s ok to possess or transfer privately. Dealer can purchase but cannot transfer in state

You do not have to register guns when moving into MA.

Dealer transfers are a violation of a CMR, not MGL, since Glock still has their guns lab tested for conformance to MA standards. If you get one from a dealer your role is the victim of an unfair and deceptive trade practice.
