Great customer service with Lee precision

Just wanted to tell a quick tale.

Last week, a part broke on my single stage Lee press. I called up customer service, they simply said send back the broken part, and we'll replace it. By the time I got around to getting it into the mail, it wasn't until last Thursday. I sent it priority mail. When I got home last night, there was a small box from Lee. I opened the box, to find 2 replacement parts, with of course reassembly instructions, and a note telling me what causes the part to fail in the first place. As it turns out, it was most likely something that I did wrong, yet they still replaced the part, and even sent an extra spare just in case it should happen again!

No hassle, no fuss. One week turn around from the date I mailed the part, and an extra spare just in case it should happen again!

No complaints from me!
