Way late checking my own thread - yes, unrestricted. The whole process was very smooth and grief-free, although they do still ask for 2 letters of reference and a letter explaining why you are asking for unrestricted. I don't carry cash for a business or anything but I have a pretty boring, squeaky clean suburban life so it must even out.
