Help getting rubber grips off my SW 686

I have a 2.5 inch 686 with rubber grips and can't for the life of me figure out how to get it off. I have read on a few places that there is a small screw on the bottom.... i assure you there is no visible screw.

Is there a hole? I do think I remember a "blind" flathead screw. Been quite a long time since I've done any revolver work. Shoot a pic of the bottom of the grip.

If there is no screw, you will need the small u shaped tool or something to slide in from the back strap to raise each side of the grip panels so you can release the plastic that is holding them in the frame recesses.

ahhh just looked in my case and found it. Had no idea it was there. Ill give it a try... thanks guys.
