You would have to buy it from an individual who owned the gun IN MA. Given it's not on the AG's list that would mean they moved into the state with one and were willing to sell it.

You mean the one with the funny looking rail on the barrel i dont think you can get it in ma unless your a dealer, so dealers can have "unsafe" handguns but we cant, i dont get it

its ironic that the manufacturer (Kahr) is based out of Ma.
word on the street is that they havent been "tested" yet.

maybe someday, the baby eagle II is on the wish list.
