How did the "Microstamping" Bill go in RI??

I've tried to find out the progress of the RI Microstamping bill that RI was fighting but can't seem to find a link. Here in CT we "defeated" it for the time being and we couldn't believe that our neighbor to the East would bring it up so quickly after that.

Anyway, just wondering if someone from RI can chime in and update me.
