Being dissuaded regarding getting a nonresident LTC for MA. thinking about Manville as its the only one that fills my short but seemingly rare criteria.

edit: Although information is super scarce on the web about them, it seems like Wallum Lake is amazing despite their fees. Anyone able to shed some light on their facilities and community?
