How many items in a trust ?

I have a SBS being built (Currently residing in a free state.) and am considering using a trust for this firearm because from what I've read this would make things easier to pass this along to my son, or to sell if times get tighter than they are now, or another AWB hits us.

Am I correct on the above ?

Also, if I had other NFA items can they be listed on the same trust or would I need to have a seperate trust for each item ?

Can I add items to the trust ?

Can I sell one item listed in the trust and kee any others ?

In theory yes, but not to his kids or anyone else not listed on the trust by you (or the wife if she's a trustee)

You can have as many items listed on the trust as you can afford.

You can add stuff whenever you want.

You can sell an item and keep the others.

Supposedly the BATFE frowns upon trusts for NFA items...

If you had something and wished to transfer it to the trust from you (or vice vesa), that's another tax stamp.
