In MA? Yes. Just as long as it's not on a Sunday, of course! Oddly enough, with all the "progressives" running this state, we still have blue laws.

Blue laws suck! It's ok for people to shop on Sunday cuz they spend money. But I can't go sit in a tree and be left alone.

We have blue laws that don't affect the majority of the population.

Hell, one of the "reasons" that gets tossed about to continue the prohibition on Sunday hunting, is that it's the only "safe" day to walk in the woods.
