IDPA Division Choice

I am still new to IDPA, and initially classified in CDP. Looking at the rules again, and scores from the NER at Harvard (Thanks for a great event MWT), I am thinking I may want to be in a different division for a while.

My gun is an M&P45 Full Size, no manual safety or magazine safety. I have it modified as follows
1. Trijicon night sights
2. Enhanced trigger pull
3. everthing else is stock

From what I can understand, I could shoot this in either SSP or ESP?

You can shoot those other divisions but you would likely be at a disadvantage as ESP and SSP only require minor PF. I shot my G21SF in CDP and I think that is where it best belongs... of course as you know... you download to 8 in the mag.

Why do you want to switch to another division?
