IF and WHEN a new AWB comes down???

So, Im going to be pessemistic here and state that IF OB gets in office, and WHEN the new AWB comes down that he would sure to vote in, Lets say i bought an AK, an M-14, and registered another AR TOMORROW. Would they be able to take em ??? or since they would be preban I can keep em?
