Or the phone app "CCW", which is probably the best option. Seems to update immediately when new laws go into effect (like the recent Virginia reciprocity law). Also gives you immediate access to things like can you carry in a bar, do you have to declare your CCW when you get pulled over, is No Firearms Allowed signage legally binding, etc.

Specifically which app? On an iPhone, searching in the App Store for "CCW," I find a number of apps named "CCW SomethingSomethingSomething," but none of them simply "CCW."

Links to Android, Apple, etc near the top. It's not free, but for the cost vs being able to look stuff up fast without waiting for websites to load, it's worth it.

Interesting that NC has greater acceptability then Utah.
And VA has followed with recognizing full reciprocity.

yes, but they don't issue non resident permits.
Don't need one. It's what reciprocity is all about.

I thought Maine was good as well but map shows it does not recognize MA license

The comment was about the utility of a NC license for an out of state resident as compared that of a UT license.
I guess we could hypothesize that this non-existent non-resident LTC would automatically grant the same full reciprocity in the opposite direction. Sure.
