Sorry if this is a repost, but today I came across a decent dissection of the US Code regarding concealed carry in a USPS building, by an attorney in Ohio, and started this thread in response to the "ltc restrictions" post where the comments made about CC in a post-office stated that the law was ambiguous.
After reading the article, I feel we all should err on the side of caution by NOT carrying into a post office. The attorney draws some thoughtful conclusions through his interpretation of the USC.
I happened to have a need to go to the post office today, and disarmed myself before entering. I felt better about it, with the article in mind. After all...If there is such ambiguity, why risk becoming a felon for such a short jaunt to buy a few stamps?
