Is there any way to know if you are being ignored by a member?

Stop wasting my time trying to contact them about a post in the classifieds.
OK, that's fair.
If I get a message from someone I'm ignoring, it shows up as "show ignored content".
If they're selling something, and they don't bother with "show ignored content" in their messages, chances are they really hate you, or they're too much of a flake to do business with anyway.
