issues with PMs and seeing a started thread

I keep getting a notification of a PM. when i go to see it, there is nothing there. if i post something in the conversations. SOMETIMES. i then can see what someone sent me. sometimes nothing.

i have cleaned out a bunch of conversations but it's not changed anything

i also posted a cherry's yugo sks for sale. i know its in the WTS because i can see it on my IPAD and i just got a like on it. i cannot , however see it on the computer i posted it with

i cannot see this tech thread one either on the forum page but i can find it through my profile and on my ipad.
ran a macafee scan but nothing there either

what gives?

NES has been having all sorts of issues since yesterday. Try clearing cookies.
