I just dug mine out from the safe yesterday, I've had it since I was a kid, it was one of the first guns I owned.
I cleaned it up good, took it up to my parents house (in VT) and fired about 20 rifled slugs through it. The action was just as smooth as I remembered, and despite the front ball sight being tilted slightly to the right, it was just as accurate as I remember.
After behing a pistol guy, and handling some ARs and a few other "modern" firearms, there's just something comforting about that solid, heavy piece of wood and metal.
Man does it bring back memories. Now to find somewhere that sells 410 rifled slugs!
Just wanted to share. Anyone else have one of these little beauties when they were young?
