Police said the suspect will likely be charged with criminal threatening and criminal trespass. No charges are pending against the resident.

Wow, completely backwards from what would have happened in crappachusetts. Only thing I didn't enjoy reading from that story was the part about the warning shot. Other than that, good job to the shooter.

Police said an intoxicated man entered an apartment at 29 Main St. at about 8:30 p.m. A resident fired a warning shot into the wall before shooting the man in the leg, police said.
