Just picked up a shield!

I'm looking at getting a Shield, my only concern is the safety. The one Shield I handled, the safety was difficult to move. How do you find yours? If they did not include the safety, it would be a no-brainer for me.

The safety lever on my Shield has definitely loosened up, and is now very easy to deactivate while gripping the gun normally. I'd rather it wasn't there though.

Thank you everyone for your feedback. I'm going to rent a Shield and see how the safety is. The one right out of the box I handled, was tough and just plain difficult to manipulate.

I find that it's a little stiff to put on safe, but easy to swipe to bang.

Great grab on the Shield man. Get that apex kit put in and you're good to go.
