I did a quick search and didn't see anything, if it's a dupe I apologize.

It seems that Kahr did the same treatment that that the PM9 got to be "approved" [rolleyes] and did it to the P9. Would be nice if it's true. I didn't see it on the EOPS (10/11) list. The P9 is on the list but this one has a different model number (KP9193).

I won't hold my breath, but it would be nice to see. I prefer the P/K grips to the PM/MK size.

Aloha

I really like the looks and the price of the CM9. I wonder if that's going to get approved. They sell them on CTD for $350. I realize that they only come with one 6 round mag, and they have budget sights, but for a pocket gun, I think they are tough to beat.

To get the CM9 approved, Kahr would have to add the LCI and safety to it as well. Maybe they will down the line, but I'd bet that they'll try to add more of their other models first.
Aloha

absolutely love my pm9, in my pocket now.
a CM9 ma compliant would sell for sure. that should have been their priority but i am sure they are making $$ off the MA PM9
Hope they make a compliant Desert eagle .50!

I sent them an email about the CM40 and this is the response I got:

"We don't have plans to do the CM40 for Mass, but we did start offering the
PM40 for Mass and started shipping last October. It's expensive, around
$750 retail. The Mass market is very small for us. Right now no plans to do
the CM40 for Mass."

I've got a K9, K40, MK9, and PM9. Given the amount of felt recoil in the PM9 and K40, there is absolutely no way I would want to fire a CM40. No way, no how.
