I practice dry firing my Glock 19 at home and do not have a problem squeezing the trigger. When I live fire the trigger is much harder to squeeze. Are there any drills whether live fire or dry to overcome this issue? Has any new shooters had the same problem? ......thanks

I understand that......it is mental thing I guess......just wondering if there are any drills to help with this issue

Have a friend load your mags and mix in dummy rounds. Maybe even have them load all mags with dummys for the first round(so you know it will not go bang.) Then tell them to surprise you on the second and subsequent rounds.

This or do what I do and load your mags with mixed rounds when you get home from the range. By the time yo go again, you'll probably forget where they're mixed in.
