On August 28th in Jaffrey, NH as part of the 5th Annual Live Free or Die Rally, there will be a re-enactment of a Revolutionary War Battle.
This is not strictly a "historic drama". You do not have to be dressed in period clothing (though Captain Morrill and Co. will be dressed in period garb). The organizers just want black powder rifles and Americans to shoot them ...the smoke and the thunder.
