Looking for information on an antique percussion pistol lock assembly

I have a small antique percussion lock assembly, apparently for a pistol. The lockplate has some engraving on it. The lockplate also has the name "W. A. HOLLAND" over "BOSTON". I have been unable to find any information on it or the gun maker and his products.
Does anybody have any information on this piece?
