Looking for LTC-B compliant pistol

Here's a question for Scriv... what should one do in a town with a "B rammer?" (like what is being described above) What if the licensing officer simply won't accept a written application for an A? Would that be considered a statutory denial? Or is it "nothing" because the PD never accepted the application? Does law exist stating that the PD MUST accept your application?

Would be curious to find out any cases where someone has successfully defeated a "b rammer". I can easily see
this being an issue for many- eg, say someone moves into this state with high cap pistols... they will -need- an
LTC-A, but they end up in a "B rammer" town.

It was Northeasttrading. I dont have an issue with the store or the people at the store I would recommend them to anyone. I know some people have an issue with them but that is there opinion.
