LTC renewal in Quincy

Just got the "Urge you to start your renewal application ASAP" for your LTC little card in the mail yesterday. My LTC expires in SEP, so 4 months away and i'm in Quincy.
Anyone here renew their LTC in Quincy lately and how long did it take?
I don't remember what i brought or how i paid the last time i renewed.
Just renewal form, ID and payment?
Payment in cash or?

No it is free for age 70+, renewals only.

Thank you- I wasn't sure. I had 70 originally but then read something that said 65 but that was clearly incorrect.

Update on my renewal at Quincy today.
Went very smooth. Had my forms filled and check ready for $100.
Got my receipt and the wait begins (expires at SEP).
