Hey all I bought an m&p 40c a little while back couldn't stand the trigger but came across money recently and was able to do some things I had planned. I decided to go with an apex dceak kit. Did the install last night which was very easy to do yourself. I was doing some research about putting in a factory s&w 9mm barrel in and decided to give it a shot. After searching a couple sites and everyone being back ordered I was lucky enough to come across one on ebay. With the new trigger kit install, 9mm barrel and mag in hand I headed off to the range today. I couldn't believe the difference in the trigger now it was worth every penny. I put 100 rounds of wwb threw the gun with the 9 barrel and it preformed flawless. Very accurate and reliable. As stated before in other threads I would not use it for every day carry but for saving some money and shooting 9 it operates great. Could not be happier with the m&p now. Next on the list is a 357 sig barrel :)

I did not check mine with a vernier. However I did see a write up on the smith and wesson forum and another guy had. His showed that there was a .0025 difference between the 9 and 40.
