Price seems steep, no? I would think you would be better off putting one together. A buddy of mine just built a rifle and a carbine and said parts are alot easier to come by than they have been in the past year. I can ask him for some sources if you want. He's kind of an AR nut.
In stock is the tough one. I just ordered a rra national match A2 compliant model. When I will get it?
I'm a bit put off by detachable carry handle? I like a regular A2 set up.
I couldn't build the rra national match rifle for less than I could buy it. You might find a complete rifle for not much more than that? The 20" A2 set up doesn't seem to be in high demand.

you want it to be compliant from the factory? Because BCM has A4 uppers in stock that they will ship to you, but you'll need to make them compliant on your own.
Have you checked if Rainier Arms has any in stock? I believe they can modify it for your before they ship.

I ended up with the stag pictured above. It's about as close to ready to go A4 as I can get thats legal in MA and not a pain in the ass to order.
They also had a LPK and A2 stock kit ready to go. It was a straight shot for everything I needed.
