So many different models out there.

Is this one any good?

If not, any other decent .22 WMRs for under $300?

Thanks for any guidance on this.

The Heritage Rancher comes with a LR cylinder but a magnum cylinder is just another $30, putting you right around $300 for the model with adjustable buckhorn sight and sling. Unique, and fun as hell.

Yes, they are very good rifles. I have a 983S. The difference between the X82's and the X93 models is that the X82's are mag feed and the X93 models are tube feed. Oddly, I prefer the tube feed model (not normally in most cases) with these rifles.

Yes, very interesting. Not for me at this moment. It would be fun to have, though. Maybe after I fill out my "I want" card first.

I prefer a tube fed also. The one I am looking at is stainless, and under $280.
Do they make a current tube fed in stainless for anywhere near that price? What are some good .22 WMR rifles to consider, especially in stainless/wood?

Thanks.
