Mass compliance question

So, here it goes......

A friend of mine used to live in South Carolina, just recently moved to Massachusetts. He does not have an LTC in Mass. He has a shitload of guns still in South Carolina, all older (pre 1998) guns like colt's and glocks. Can he have those guns shipped to an FFL in Mass, and can that FFL legally sell them to a Mass LTC holder? Any information would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

The short answer is yes to the glocks (if they are indeed pre 10/98 manufacture) becuase most are on the EOPS roster. Colt has nothing on the roster
so you are probably SOL there....
