Massachusetts Compliance Status for the M&P 22 - No News

I contacted Smith and Wesson this past week to see if they had any information regarding the availability of the M&P 22 in Massachusetts.

I got a quick response from Tom Rivers at S&W. Currently, they have no information to report.

I would really like to compare the S&W M&P 22 pistol to the Ruger SR-22.

I shot the SR-22 a couple of weeks ago at MRA. It had a nice feel, but I have heard about some reliability issues online and a couple of pretty scary failures.

The wait continues ... in MA.

That's disappointing...I'm still waiting for this and the M&P Shield to become compliant.

I used to find it frustrating, but now I chuckle when I think about guns manufactured 45-miles from my house cannot be purchased here...
