I recently converted my Mossberg Chainsaw to a more practical shotgun. I bought the gun just to have it and people always like the way it looks and what it "could" do (breach a door.) But now I just want it to be a normal Mossberg 500 so I bought some parts from Mossberg. It ended up costing me 85$. Customer service at that company is pretty horrible but I did receive all my parts after 7 weeks of waiting. If I ever want to convert it back to the chainsaw grip I can and that is the good thing about the gun. Enough of the talk, here is the new look:

Modifcations:
Mossberg standard stock, Mossberg sling, and I removed the grip. It still has the 3 rails so I will mount a flashlight/laser.

Looks cool, just out of curiosity, did you ever shoot it point blank into any kind of target/chunk of wood, like you were breaching a door, with the original pistol grip on there? Just wondering how that would feel on the wrist, lol.

Nope, I only shot it at a range with slugs at about 75 feet. It still was not a comfortable shot. I'm glad I was able to convert it to this. I don't think I need to breach any doors in my lifetime. Never know though. [wink]
