Cruising the bay...looking for a Knights Armament front sight.

Bidding's at $315 with 4 days to go..... Holy Jesus, I had to look and see if they were including a free rifle. I am not and will not be one of the bidders, but, guesstimates on how high it ends up.
Anyone here into collecting more current .mil things that can explain the reason for the price.
ETA...guess it's seal issued, supposedly, and that is the reason for the price?
