MS Word Mailmerge form

Hello,

I've made a MS Word template for writing letters and printing envelopes to officials. It includes a database file that can be added to/changed easily from within MS word.

It makes mass mailings very easy.

If you'd like to use it click here to download a zip file.

Put the dot file with other MS templates and the other two in a common location. When you open the word file it will open a dialog box asking to connect to the data source and you will have to locate the file.

Use the "mailmerge" toolbar in MS Word.

Those works great. I did that when I contacted all the State Reps & Senators last year. You can also integrate it with your email program. Add email address to your db and let MS Word generate an email to all the state officials as well.
