I just had to share this.
My new Colt SAA just arrived (C&R purchase). It’s the Colt NRA Centennial 1871-1971 SAA .357 5.5” 2nd Gen. It truly is a masterpiece. The most gorgeous, 100% perfect revolver I’ve ever seen or owned. The bluing, case hardened finish, perfect. The cylinder has not been turned. Whoever had this before me took excellent care of it, as will I. (I also posted these photos in the "Gun Gallery, April, a few days ago)
I’ve owned two other Colt SAA’s over the years and they were really nice, but they pale compared to this pony. I also own a Colt Cowboy revolver .45LC that I have not fired.
Anyway, I just wanted to share.
Below is my Colt Cowboy .45
