Need help zeroing my first red dot

Hi,

Picked up used Ruger MKII with an ADCO red dot; thought it would be good for bullseye. Took it to the range tonight and found POA was nowhere near POI. Got some sand bags and started bench shooting. I had to adjust the height a good 20 clicks to get the center of the groups level with the X. But no matter how much I turned the horizontal adjustment screw, I just could not get it to move the POI. I tried turning it both ways, up to 20 clicks each way.

Could there be an internal problem with the sight. Anyone know about ADCO customer service?

I wonder if I should try returning it to Full Seasons, if the sight is broke, it isn't worth what I paid for the pistol.

If you just picked this up i would start with 4 seasons first.

Jim is right. FS can sight it in for you to correct any problem or if the device is defective, I'm sure that they will take care of you (assuming that you bought it there).
